Laser Sensors are used for detecting presence based on position or light intensity. Benefits include long range, a visible beam spot and precise detection. Also, inductive, photoelectric, laser, fiber optic and vision sensors. We offer industry top sensor brands; Banner, Turck, Keyence laser sensors, IFM Efector position sensors and more.
Keyence and Banner laser sensors allows for stable detection of clear, metallic, or dark targets. They can also detect purely based on distance, regardless of shape, color, or surface finish. With IP68/69K rating means the LR-Z is ready for the roughest of factory environments. Wash-down, oil spray, and many corrosives are no match for the stainless steel body.
An extensive range of handheld and fixed mount 1-D / 2-D barcode readers for industrial applications. Obtain a wider field of view and greater depth of field at a longer range. Work as fast as the targets can move. No experience is required to master Keyence Barcode SR-2000 Series. Just install the reader for vastly improved reading range and achieve even better reading stability.
As a Keyence distributor we carry all accessories; from High-intensity lighting to ensure high quality images are captured every time. Ultra-high-resolution, low distortion lenses for area and line scan cameras. Keyence laser sensors and safety light curtains mounting components for many different applications. We serve Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonvile from our Miramar office. Also support all our vendor partners in the territory of Puerto Rico and Caribbean.
Keyence fiber Optic Sensors has an optical fiber connected to a light source to allow for detection in tight spaces or where a small profile is beneficial. Optical fibers can be used as sensors to measure strain,[1] temperature, pressure and other quantities by modifying a fiber so that the quantity to be measured modulates the intensity, phase, polarization, wavelength or transit time of light in the fiber. Sensors that vary the intensity of light are the simplest, since only a simple source and detector are required. A particularly useful feature of intrinsic fiber-optic sensors is that they can, if required, provide distributed sensing over exceptionally large distances.
Keyence and Bammer Engineering machine vision systems use images captured by a camera to determine presence, orientation, and accuracy of parts. These vision sensors differ from image inspection “systems” in that the camera, light, and controller are integrated together, which makes the unit’s installation and operation simple. There are differences between these vision systems and other general-purpose sensors. Keyence IV and IV2 series vision sensors are designed for difficult applications that formerly required multiple conventional photoelectric sensors or proximity sensors can now be tackled easily and at low cost with one IV Series vision sensor.
Keyence safety light curtains reliably and cost-effectively protect against access into hazardous points and areas in factory automation. Depending on the variant, different machine functions are integrated or can be selected via safe control solutions. The range from small and compact types to extremely robust and resistant variants that withstand special ambient conditions up to the highest safety level.
We offer rugged metal housing and recessed lens make Keyence GL-R series resistant to twisting, vibration, and even direct impact. Ultra Thin slim or flat body style to make integration into equipment seamless. Keyence and Banner are some of the brands we work with.
We would love to hear from you, so feel free to call us during normal business hours. We serve from South Miami, Miramar to West Palm, Tampa and Orlando to Puerto Rico and Caribbean. Industrial Distributor near me that can support pneumatic equipment.
